According to the Mayo Clinic website, this Parkinson's medication can increase delusions and hallucinations in some patients. I'd let the prescribing doc know what you are observing asap.

"Parkinson's disease medicines. Medicines such as carbidopa-levodopa (Sinemet, Duopa, others) can help reduce rigid muscles and slow movement. However, these medicines also can increase confusion, hallucinations and delusions."

Barb gave you some excellent information.
Know that you can easily explore medications on line, their effects and side effects.
Also know that each individual person's reaction to ANY medication is as individual as his/her own fingerprint, so that actions and reactions for any given patient is something the MPOA and MD need to be in close contact on.
