I agree that Mayo has a good list and information on gout diets. I was told by PCP to start with organ foods. liver and such. Salt was second on our list. It may take watching the person very close to see if certain foods or snacks cause a bout. We have eliminated peanuts and packaged pop corn and high sodium processed foods.
