Most communities have Nurses Lending closets that you could donate to. (most likely they will not take the mattresses)
You can contact local Senior Center they may have some way you can post a notice.
Most communities also have a Facebook page for an online garage sale.
Or a call to a local resale shop might take the beds, again no mattresses.
Last resort your local recycling center and you can sell them for scrap, or place them on the curb on garbage pick up and a metal scavenger will pick them up.

Many people get the beds through Medicare, Medicaid, VA so there is little need to obtain a used bed.

Disabled veterans organizations picks up from your home. I have donated to them. The only stipulation is they want items outside early in the morning and have items labeled for them.

Also list them in your local area, craigslist or senior living , assisted Living places, they may know of someone. My friend gave us her dad's reclinging chair. That chair has lasted close to 10years, and 3 homes.. It's nice that you want to find a good place for these medical beds.

Disabled Vets is a charitable organization that may take them, sell them on Nextdoor.com, craigslist.org, etc. It's possible a small, faith-based NH in your community might be interested in them.
