I'm not sure what you are asking. If it's about a POA form, beware of signing documents that you have not discussed with an attorney.

sunnygirl11 thanks for your speedy response. I just wanted to know where can I download or print a simple straight to the point power of attorney form without having to join any legal companies, or forums on line. Every time I out in all my information and get to the print page it opens another page that says for $7.95 or $9.95 a month I can download the form I just filled in. I just want to print and write in my answers like I did for my dad in 2007.

I've never been a big fan of printing off a Power of Attorney from the Internet. All it takes is one missing word or misplaced word to create a landmine of issues.

Now, there is a legal on-line group called Legal Zoom, that group would be much safer and wiser to use then doing it yourself.

Each State is different regarding laws, and laws are always changing. To give you an idea, my own POA is 18 pages long.   Make sure you also make out a Will, and an Advance Medical Directive.   Good things to have no matter what is your age and health.
