Each state Alz.org has both in person and remote support groups, plus an 800 number for immediate support. Just go to the website and plug in your location

Another option is to look up the kind of caregiving support you're looking for. Adult child, sibling, spouse, friend, signifcant other, caregiver. There are a lot of options now online. I'm in seven groups. Some are in California, so I have to be mindful of the time difference : )
I like the Zoom platform a lot. My computer is over ten years old and Zoom runs like a champ on it.

theaftd.org lists online support groups for people dealing with dementia/specifically FTD dementias.

Go to Alz.org & you put in your zip and it’ll find some online mtgs. Or there’s an 800 number on that site…call & someone can help you find mtgs.

Alzheimers association will have Mindfullness classes for meditation and The Savvy caregiver course , Teepa Snow in Person giving advice . Upaya Zen center has courses for Caregivers - They are In Santa Fe, NM . Facebook Has some groups also .
