I had asked this a few months back & got some good replies.

Two questions:

Community volunteers. Do not think this source can be counted on after a blizzard  or would paid help be better?

Locating winter off street parking. Willing to pay, but no local overnight commercial lots are available. Should I ask private businesses or post at local bulletin boards/ coffee shops?

This isn't the site to find contract snow removal services. You don't even mention what country or state you're in. Since you know how to navigate the internet, (and if you're in the US) join Nextdoor.com and ask for referrals for your immediate area.

90+ degrees here today. What a strange time to be asking this.

Try nextdoor.com call your neighborhood high school and see if there may be students interested in earning some cash.

I see where you asked a similar question earlier.

Sorry, but this is something you need to talk to Moms landlord about. What do the other tenants do? Not living near you, we have no idea how your Moms apt complex is set up and where she needs to find parking.

From your discription of mom, maybe its time for Mom to give up her car if its causing problems for her. There must be bussing for Seniors in her area for appts and shopping..
