This is not the issue at hand here. The immediate issue is the wife safety. This man has to be removed from the home before she ends up dead

This is not typical of Parkinson’s disease. Many of my family members have had Parkinson’s disease and this is absolutely not something that is typical. There has to be more going on here possibly a dementia of some other sort. Possibly Lewy body dementia or vascular dementia or some sort of mental illness. This is dangerous and needs to be addressed immediately before something horrible happens. He needs to be removed from the home to keep his wife safe.

Please have him involuntarily admitted to the hospital to evaluate and treat his issues. He needs medications and behavioral modification. If he remains violent, he may need to move into a MC facility that can handle his outbursts.

When they become violent or a danger to themselves or others, it is time for placement. Facilities are trained to deal with this and have multiple staff members who can assist. The dr can also prescribe meds to help with these violent outburst.

You are right to be concerned for her safety and she should be concerned for her own safety as well.
