Its Aid and Attendance thru the VA. The person must be 65, I think, and have served during Wartime. Non-Military spouses can receive it. Your County should have a VA office. You can make an appt to talk to someone. You will need the persons discharge papers to make things easy.

Are you referring to the aide and attendance that the VA offers some of their retired veterans? If so please call the VA office directly and they will help you to see if you or your loved one qualifies.
