Why Right at Home?
Everything we do stems from our mission: "To improve the quality of life for those we serve." To us, our mission is more than words - it is a goal we strive to achieve each day. It is the way we deliver world-class care to our clients. Our mission guides how we run our business and how we treat our caregivers. Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team filled with the RightPeople to live out that mission each and every day.
What Sets Us Apart
We adhere to all applicable federal and state guidelines related to privacy of personal and healthcare information. This starts once we have a formal services agreement, before a caregiver even comes to your family member's home. The written service agreement stipulates the exact restrictions on the use of your information, which clarifies that unauthorized individuals will not be given access to information without a client's – or legally authorized representative's – formal consent.
ABOUT OUR PROCESS
The Initial Call and Meeting
From the moment your client calls our office, we begin considering the specific needs of their loved one. On the initial call, we ask questions to form a basic needs assessment. Then we set up an in-home visit with the family – including the family member who may ultimately benefit from our care. This visit allows us to gather even more information, answer questions and let your client get a feel for how Right at Home could help their family.
Our Caregivers and Home Health Aides are specially trained to provide just the services your loved one needs. Our custom care plans are created based on a thorough needs assessment. Before being matched with a caregiver, our clients will meet with a staffing manager who will learn about their needs and personality. If, for some reason, the first caregiver isn’t a good match, we’ll happily find a more suitable caregiver for you. We are committed to matching each client with the best possible caregiver for their needs as well as developing a customized care plan.
The Custom Care Plan
With Right at Home you will always know what care services are being provided to your client. After our initial meeting with your client, we develop a Custom Care Plan. This plan is tailored to a person's specific needs, and we make detailed recommendations on exactly what kind of services we feel would benefit them. We then arrange a follow-up meeting to go over the Custom Care Plan in detail and modify it as your client sees fit.
Caregiver Matching
Once your client has approved the Custom Care Plan, we begin our search for the best person to implement that care. Our proprietary system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: care services needed, client interests and the personalities of both the client and the caregiver.
By looking at the whole situation, we're better able to provide your client with the best caregiver possible. Of course, if there are ever any concerns about a specific caregiver, we can search for and provide a replacement in very little time.
Care Supervision
Our caregivers keep extensive notes about the care they give to your clients. Those notes are kept at your client's home and are available at any time. And our billing system provides a detailed description of care services provided, so your client never receives an invoice that doesn't include a line-item cost of care.
To ensure quality care and customer service, we have implemented leading edge technology services at no charge to you. These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the aides fulfill their shifts; a "Family Room" web portal that allows family members to check on schedules, bills, calendars and the shift details of aides from any computer or mobile devices with an internet connection.
Give us a call. We'll arrange a time to visit you, your family and/or any authorized representative to fully discuss your particular home care situation and how Right at Home might help.
We operate according to the state standards and are dedicated to improving the quality of care you or your loved one receives. We also advocate for senior service programs such as Veteran Affairs (VA), Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare Home Health and Long Term Care Insurance Assistance in New Jersey.
