Our 9-Step Caregiver Screening Process
Quality senior home care services require exceptional caregivers. We work diligently to recruit and employ the very best senior care professionals in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas. We have a stringent screening process that includes interviews and background checks that every caregiver must complete before being placed in your home.
Our Requirements:
· Must Pass Telephone Screening and Face-to-Face Interview
· Must Pass Random Drug Testing
· Must Pass Aptitude Test for Caregiver Competency
· Must Pass Stringent Criminal Background Check
· Must Carry a Valid Driver’s License
· Must Have a Reliable Transportation With Valid Auto Insurance
· Must Speak English Fluently to Communicate Professionally
· Must Have At Least Two Years of Experience as a Caregiver
· Must Be Compassionate, Reliable, and Intelligent
