In-Home Care Overview: CSS Home Care and Senior Services
CSS Home Care offers caring and quality home care and supportive services for seniors and adults with disabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. We work hard to help our clients age in place by providing qualified caregivers who work with our clients to stabilize and thrive in their own homes with non-medical in-home care and support. We also provide care for people who need extra support in Assisted Living Communities, Independent Living Communities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
We offer non-medical Ongoing, Respite, or Recovery Care by Certified Nursing Assistants or Experienced Caregivers. Shifts can be hourly (3 hour minimum), Overnight, or Live-in.
Every home care client is assigned a personal, masters-level client care supervisor, who will oversee your care and be your primary contact. This higher level of expertise and oversight allows us to assess and support our clients' physical comfort, safety, social engagement, and emotional well-being.
We have a rigorous, five-step screening process for caregivers: evaluating skill, experience, personality, references, and background checks.
All of our caregivers are bonded and insured. Our caregivers are our employees, so we handle payroll and scheduling.
Your caregiver(s) are closely supervised and supported by your client care supervisor.
Your client care supervisor checks in with you regularly to make sure care is going smoothly and is always available to address any concerns.
We have 24-hour on-call staff.
Our innovative and secure home care management system has a family web portal to ensure transparency and provide peace of mind.

My partner and I willingly took on the care of my elderly parents when the time came, however, we had no idea of the time commitment and all of the daily necessities that go into taking care of our elderly loved ones - e.g. cooking, cleaning, bathing and running errands.
