The husband has since died, the wife has had a stroke and needs a lot for care and the daughter is going out of her way to make my life a living hell. Her dad left me some money in trust if I stayed on to care for his wife and she's aware if it, and I believe she would rather keep the money herself and get rid of me. I'm working 12 hour days, get awoken all hours of the night, and get yelled at if I try and take a break. I work privately so need to know what my legal standing is.

Is this question now what your legal rights are as to the 12 hour days, or your obligation to the deceased husband and the money left in trust? If the latter, it depends on what the conditions specified in the trust were. Is this the bonus you referred to?
It sounds as if some terms were set forth in the trust, and if you comply with them you'll get your bonus. If you don't, you won't.
Whether the daughter can keep the money for herself depends on the terms of the trust, and whether the money allocated for you reverts to her and/or other beneficiaries.
